Singer Shatta Wale in handcuffs after being arrested

The police in Ghana has arrested singer Shatta Wale, over his alleged g*nshot att*ck.

The singer’s PA had in a viral report on Monday, October 18, 2021, claimed he was att*cked and sh*t by unknown ass*ilants, a report the police later said was a hoax

The Service, in a statement on Tuesday, October 19, said the singer turned himself in after they declared him wanted, for his “involvement in the creation and circulation of information intended to cause fear and panic.”

According to the police, “After we publicly declared him and one other person wanted, the suspect, Shatta Wale, turned himself in today Tuesday October 19, 2021, at 8.59pm.

He has been arrested to assist the Police in investigations for his alleged involvement in the creation and circulation of information intended to cause fear and panic.”

EFCC releases Obi Cubana after three nights in custody

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has finally released businessman Obi Cubana. He was arrested and taken to the headquarters of the anti-graft agency, Jabi, Abuja, on Monday, November 1, following allegations of money laundering and tax fr*ud. He was, however, released on Thursday evening, November 4, after he had spent three days in detention undergoing interrogations.
