RCCG member a*sa*sinated as he steps out to receive a call during church service


A 61-year-old estate agent, Bayo Sina Babarinde, was on Sunday morning, October 17, reportedly sh*t d*ad by unknown g*nmen during a church service at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), in Ilorin, Kwara State.

It was gathered that the victim stepped out of the church to receive a phone call when he was sh*t. 

Spokesperson of the State Poliec Command, Okasanmi Ajayi, who confirmed the incident to Daily Trust on Monday night, said investigation was ongoing to arrest the perpetrators.

“He was called on phone during the service as he walked out of the church to receive the call. The sound of g*n sh*ts rend the air, which drew the attention of the congregation.

As at the time the congregation got out of the church to see what was happening, it was discovered that the estate agent was already in the pool of his blood. He was sh*t in the head. 

The shells of the b*llet used in k*lling the deceased have been recovered and the corpse has been deposited at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) for postmortem.”

NBA Youngboy now a father of 7 at age 21 after welcoming child with Yaya Mayweather

Emir of rano is sick but not related to Coronavirus- officials

Officials of the Rano Emirate Council in Kano State has confirmed that the Emir of Rano, Dr Tafida Abubakar Ila II, is sick but not related to covid-19. This was coming as reports making rounds in the state says the Emir is hospitalized over suspected case of covid-19.
